Meet Seth
A Wyoming Story built on Service.
Seth Bard’s family came to Wyoming in 2010 and made Cheyenne home — the place where they put down roots and ultimately retired. It’s where Seth earned his Eagle Scout, completing his Eagle Project right here in the community he’s now asking to serve.
Seth is a third-generation military member, continuing a family tradition of service as a member of the Wyoming Air National Guard, where he works as a Radar, Airfield, and Weather Systems Technician — maintaining the radar, communications, and airfield systems that keep operations running safely. He’s also pursuing his education at a Wyoming college, investing in the same opportunities he wants every young person in our state to have.
Why Seth is Running
Seth is running for House District 61 to support and empower his local community. His service taught him responsibility, dedication, and how to solve real problems — and those are the same principles he’ll bring to the Legislature.
Bard became disheartened watching the last legislative session unfold and became determined to bring a focus on the real issues impacting Wyoming every day. Bard’s own personal experience as his mother’s full time caregiver and navigating Wyoming’s healthcare limitations is why access to healthcare quickly became his top priority.
“I am running because I believe in Wyoming, our people, and our future. I would be honored to earn your vote and your trust.”
